1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MaxRecovery Timer (“the App”, formerly MaxSauna Timer), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Health and safety disclaimer — important
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
- The “Afterglow Score”, heart-rate values, charts, and any other figures shown are reference information only. They are estimates, not medical or diagnostic results, and must not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
- Heart-rate readings come from the watch’s optical sensor and may be inaccurate, especially in hot, humid or wet conditions. Follow the watch manufacturer’s guidance on where to wear your watch.
- Safety-related features (such as the low-heart-rate alert and the inactivity auto-end) are best-effort aids only. They may fail to trigger, or trigger incorrectly, and must not be relied on for your safety.
- Sauna and bathing carry inherent health risks, including heat stroke, dehydration, fainting, and cardiac stress. Use them in a way that suits your health, and follow the facility’s rules. Consult a physician before use if you have any health condition or concern, and stop immediately and seek help if you feel unwell.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The App is free to download and shows advertising to users without a Premium subscription. An optional Premium subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features.
- Plans: Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The plans offered (a monthly plan and, where offered, a yearly plan) and the price of each plan are shown on the App’s Premium screen and on the Google Play purchase screen before you subscribe, in your local currency, and may vary by region.
- Free period: first-time Premium subscribers may be offered a free period (such as “Premium: first month free”); Google Play decides eligibility. If a free period is shown when you subscribe and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid at the price shown.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year) until you cancel. If you cancel in Google Play before the next renewal date, you are not charged for later periods, and Premium stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
- How to cancel: in the Google Play Store, go to Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel the Premium subscription. While you are subscribed, “Manage subscription (cancel, payment)” on the App’s Premium screen opens it too. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Changing plans: where both plans are offered, you can switch between the monthly and yearly plans on the App’s Premium screen. The new plan starts immediately and the new price applies from your next billing date.
- Payment problems: while your subscription is on hold or paused in Google Play, Premium features are unavailable until it is resumed.
- Other platforms: Premium purchased in the iPhone version of the App (App Store) is a separate purchase and does not carry over to this Android version, and vice versa.
- Purchases and renewals are processed by Google through Google Play Billing. The “Restore purchase” button on the App’s Premium screen restores your Premium entitlement for the same Google account.
- Refund requests are handled via your Google Play order history (https://play.google.com), subject to Google’s policies.
- Cloud sync with your own Google Drive is free of charge where it is available for your account (it is rolling out gradually and may not yet be available to all users).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Google Maps
The App includes Google Maps features and content (such as the session map, the Venue Map, and nearby-venue suggestions). Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Session data and content you create remain yours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to health-related outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

1. 同意
MaxRecovery Timer（以下「本アプリ」。旧名 MaxSauna Timer）をダウンロードまたは利用することにより、利用者は本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は本アプリを利用しないでください。
2. 健康・安全に関する免責 — 重要
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、医学的助言を提供するものではありません。
- 「ととのい度」スコア、心拍数値、チャート、その他表示される数値はすべて参考情報です。推定値であって医学的・診断的結果ではなく、医学的診断や治療の判断に使用してはなりません。
- 心拍数値はウォッチの光学式センサーによるもので、特に高温・多湿・濡れた環境では誤差を含むことがあります。ウォッチの装着は、メーカーが案内する使用環境の範囲でご判断ください。
- 安全関連の機能（低心拍警告、操作なし自動終了など）はあくまで補助的なものです。発動しないことや誤って発動することがあり、利用者の安全をこれらに依存してはなりません。
- サウナや入浴には、熱中症・脱水・失神・心臓への負担などの健康リスクが本質的に伴います。ご自身の体調に合わせて利用し、施設のルールに従ってください。健康状態に不安がある場合は利用前に医師に相談し、体調に異変を感じたら直ちに利用を中止して助けを求めてください。
3. サブスクリプションと課金
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、Premium サブスクリプション未加入の場合は広告が表示されます。任意の Premium サブスクリプションにより広告が非表示となり、追加機能が利用可能になります。
- プラン: Premium は自動更新のサブスクリプションです。提供しているプラン（月額プランと、提供している場合は年額プラン）と各プランの価格は、購入前に本アプリの Premium 画面と Google Play の購入画面に、お住まいの国・地域の通貨で表示され、地域により異なる場合があります。
- 無料期間: Premium を初めて登録する方には、無料期間（「Premium 初月無料」など）が提供される場合があります（対象かどうかは Google Play が判定します）。購入時に無料期間が表示されていた場合、その期間の終了までに解約しなければ、表示された価格の有料の定期購入に自動的に切り替わります。
- 自動更新: サブスクリプションは、解約するまで各請求期間（毎月または毎年）の終わりに自動で更新されます。次の更新日より前に Google Play で解約すれば、それ以降は請求されず、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで Premium を利用できます。
- 解約の方法: Google Play ストアの［プロフィール］→［お支払いと定期購入］→［定期購入］から Premium を解約します。加入中は、本アプリの Premium 画面の「サブスクを管理（解約・支払い方法）」からも開けます。アプリをアンインストールしても、定期購入は解約されません。
- プランの変更: 両方のプランを提供している場合は、本アプリの Premium 画面で、月額プランと年額プランを切り替えられます。新しいプランはすぐに始まり、新しい料金は次回の請求日から適用されます。
- お支払いの問題: Google Play で定期購入が一時停止されている間は、再開するまで Premium 機能を利用できません。
- 他のプラットフォームでの購入: iPhone 版の本アプリ（App Store）で購入した Premium は別の購入であり、この Android 版には引き継がれません（逆も同様です）。
- 購入および更新は Google Play Billing を通じて Google が処理します。本アプリの Premium 画面の「購入を復元」ボタンで、同じ Google アカウントの Premium の権利を復元できます。
- 返金のご依頼は Google Play の注文履歴（https://play.google.com）から、Google のポリシーに従って行えます。
- 利用者自身の Google Drive とのクラウド同期は、お使いのアカウントで提供されている場合は無料で利用できます（現在は順次提供中のため、すべての利用者が使えるとは限りません）。
4. 禁止事項
利用者は、法律で当該制限が禁じられている場合を除き、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、妨害、その他の不正利用を試みないことに同意します。
5. Google Maps
本アプリには Google Maps の機能とコンテンツ（セッションの地図、施設マップ、近くの施設の候補など）が含まれます。これらのご利用には、その時点で有効な Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service（https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/）と Google プライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）が適用されます。
6. 知的財産
本アプリ、そのデザインおよびコンテンツは開発者に帰属し、関連法令により保護されます。本規約は利用者に何らの所有権も移転しません。利用者が作成したセッションデータおよびコンテンツは利用者に帰属します。
7. 保証の否認と責任の制限
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、いかなる保証もありません。法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者は本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害（健康に関する結果、データ損失、サービスの中断を含むがこれらに限られない）についても責任を負いません。本規約は、法律上制限できない責任を制限するものではなく、利用者の居住国における強行的な消費者保護上の権利に影響を与えません。
8. 変更
本規約は更新されることがあります。重要な変更はこのページに新しい施行日とともに反映されます。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、利用者の居住国の法律に基づく強行的な消費者保護上の権利には影響を与えません。
